Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Sensorial Systems (“Sensorial”, “we”, “us”) handles information across everything we offer: our websites, our apps and games, and our online services. It covers the services listed below. Where a service comes with its own privacy notice or terms — for example Sensorial Pay — those apply to that service in addition to, or in place of, this notice.

What each service collects

Our websites

This covers sensorial.systems, sensorial.studio, sensorial.social and the other sensorial domains, and the websites of our products, such as prism.sensorial.studio and lens.sensorial.studio.

• There are no accounts to create on the websites themselves, no forms and no newsletter.
• We use no advertising cookies, analytics services, tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
• Our websites store nothing on your device: no cookies, and nothing in your browser’s storage.
• Our websites are hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Delivering a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare processes it to serve the site and protect it from abuse, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Revving: Engine Simulator

Revving is an engine simulator game for Android and desktop computers.

• It collects no personal information. Revving has no accounts, no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no crash reporting of its own.
• It works entirely offline. Revving does not connect to the internet; on Android it does not even request permission to.
• It asks for no permissions. It does not use your microphone, camera, location, contacts or files. It plays sound; it does not record it.
• Your touches, keys, mouse and game controller only drive the simulation on your device. Your settings are kept only while the game is open.
• Google Play. If you install Revving from Google Play, Google processes information about the download and your device under Google’s privacy policy. Google may give us aggregated statistics, such as the number of installs and ratings, and — if you have chosen to share usage and diagnostics with Google — crash reports that do not identify you. We use them only to improve the game.

Sensorial Prism

Sensorial Prism is a real-time creative tool, used in the browser at prism.sensorial.studio and as a desktop application.

• Your work stays on your device. Projects, images, models and other files you open or create in Prism are stored on your device (or in your browser’s storage) and are not uploaded to us.
• Sign-in. Prism’s accounts — your name, email, password, profile picture and sign-in token — are currently created and kept in your browser’s storage on your device, and are not sent to us. If Prism offers signing in with a Sensorial Account, the Sensorial Accounts section applies to that account.
• Microphone and camera. Prism uses your microphone only when you turn on its audio features, and your camera only when you use a camera input in a project, and only after your browser or system asks for your permission. Sound and images are processed on your device and are not sent to us.
• Services you connect. If you connect Prism to a service of your own choosing — such as an image-generation (ComfyUI) server, at an address you enter — Prism sends that service the images and prompts you give it, directly. We do not receive them; that service’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
• Prism’s website is hosted by Cloudflare, as described under Our websites.

Sensorial Lens

Sensorial Lens is not available yet; today only its website is. Lens will change what you see on your screen or through a camera in real time. We will describe what it processes here before it is released.

Sensorial Accounts and Sensorial Social

Where a Sensorial service lets you sign in with a Sensorial Account, and where it shows public profiles, likes and comments (Sensorial Social), we process:

• To sign you in: your email address and, if you add one, your phone number, once verified; your password, stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text; passkeys and two-factor authentication you set up; and, if you choose to sign in with Google, the account identifier and basic profile Google shares with us.
• To keep your account secure: sign-in and security events, such as the time, the device and approximate network information, used to detect and stop abuse. When you choose a password, we check it against known breached passwords without sending your password anywhere: only a short, anonymous fragment of its hash is sent to the Pwned Passwords service.
• Identity verification, only if you choose it: if a service offers identity-document verification and you consent, we process the document images and the minimum document details needed to verify them, through a verification provider. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which removes the stored documents. We do not perform face matching or other biometric processing.
• Your public profile: the handle, display name, bio and profile picture you choose are public, and so are the likes and comments you post. Profile pictures are stored on our content delivery network. Social does not hold your password, email address or phone number.

You can export your account data, correct it, and delete your account. Deleting it removes your account, profile, sessions, sign-in methods, consents and stored documents; a record that a deletion happened, containing none of your profile or document content, may be kept where needed for security or legal claims.

When you write to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to read and answer your message and keep a record of our correspondence.

How we use information

• To provide our services and the features you ask for.
• To keep our services, accounts and users secure, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer your messages and support requests.
• To understand and fix problems, using aggregated statistics and crash reports.
• To meet legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in keeping our services working and secure, your consent (for example, for identity verification, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that run our services on our behalf, under contracts that limit what they may do with it, or when the law requires it. Depending on the service, these include:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers our websites;
• Amazon Web Services and MongoDB Atlas, which host Sensorial Accounts and Social and send account emails and text messages;
• Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google, and as the operator of Google Play;
• our content delivery network provider, which stores and serves profile pictures;
• an identity-verification provider, only when you choose to verify your identity.

These providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it

• Account information is kept while your account exists, and removed when you delete it.
• Security events, logs and stored verification media are kept for at most 365 days, unless you delete your account or withdraw your consent sooner.
• Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer you and for our records.
• Technical data processed to deliver our websites is kept by our hosting provider according to its own policies.

Security

We protect information with measures appropriate to it, including encryption in transit, passwords stored only as secure hashes, and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil, or privacy laws in the United States — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to take it to another service. Account holders can export and delete their data directly; for anything else, write to contact@sensorial.systems. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Revving: Engine Simulator collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Our other services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

When our services change, we will update this notice and the date above, and describe new services before they are released. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
